It'd be a boring old trip if the Curious Man just got on the plane without any hitches. If you're planning to travel anywhere with the Curious Man you'll be pleased to know that he really likes to test out the Airport Security people. First with an explosive scan, then a recalcitrant passport and finally, the piece de resistance- a Crocodile Dundee style knife- cleverly concealed in his camera bag. It will take them a lot of searching and two goes through the X-ray machine but they'll find it in the end! "Ah, I wondered what had happened to that," will be his response.
Anyway you'll finally get on the plane and pretty soon you'll be in Singapore enjoying a delicious meal of gyoza and noodles in a cheap but cheerful local eatery.
Sadly this is not the Curious Man's place of residence, but it should be. It's the Goodwood Park Hotel, built in 1900 by the Teutonic community and fashioned after the castles on the Rhine in GERMANY!
