Sick of tourists and kitschy souvenir shops? 

It's time to go to Vendras-a tiny hamlet in the middle of nowhere .

You can stay in a lovely gite, 

talk to the cat..

Is that the Curious Man?    I hope it doesn't kill him!

study the wildlife

and while away the hours looking for Vendras on the map (good luck).

When you've had enough of that you can go to Orange and take in a show at the Amphitheatre

and study the artworks at the Musee de Beaux Arts
