Part 19
Curious Man
 Lives Like
It Was
1922

Days 45, 46

Time to leave the cosmopolitan life in the French cities, head for the Rhone country side and live like an affluent gypsy.

Lunch along the way will be a magnificent 5 courses at the L'Auberge du Pont des Samsons in the Beaujolais region for 14 euros.

Curious Man Tip Number 11:
To keep down food expenses while travelling, fill up your Nice Wife with a cheap delicious 5 course lunch. She won't eat another meal for TWO DAYS!

Unaware of the fate awaiting her ,Nice Wife salutes best dessert she's ever eaten

Then it will be time for a night at Les Roulottes de la Serve at Ouroux, for a stay in a beautifully restored Gypsy Caravan.

this one's done out in 1920's style,

complete with genuine correspondence from the early 20th century..

You'll love the quirky life-style and the residents are friendly too..

You won't want to leave.. (well the Nice Wife was too full to eat at a restaurant anyway)..

A nice liquid supper at Les Roulottes..
